Preschool Application
Applications are accepted December 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012. A $35.00 registration fee payable to Binkley Preschool is due upon submitting an application to the Preschool. It is non-refundable whether or not your child is admitted to the program. Please complete application on page 1 and read and sign page 2.
